What is Leam Tree Fest?

The Leamington Christmas Tree Fest 2025 promises to be a magical experience for families, friends and the whole community. Whittle Productions is proud to continue to produce this annual celebration. It brings together over 60 stunningly decorated trees, each showcasing the creativity and festive spirit of local businesses, schools, community groups and organisations.


Taking place in the beautiful All Saints’ Church, this year’s event will be filled with interactive workshops, live performances, family-friendly activities and a chance to give back to the community. Whether you're looking for Christmas inspiration or simply a place to make lasting memories, The Leam Tree Fest has something for everyone.

The Leam Tree Fest is open to businesses, schools, charities, and families who want to exhibit their own unique tree. By participating, you’ll not only showcase your creativity but also enjoy fantastic exposure to the local community - last year over 3,700 people came to the event.

Festive Cheer

Cafe Tisto

All Saints' is home to Cafe Tisto which offers a delicious selection of traditional Ukrainian dishes, including hearty borscht, comforting vareniki dumplings, and fluffy syrnyky pancakes. Alongside these authentic flavors, guests can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, homemade cakes, and a variety of refreshing beverages.

Mulled Wine & Mince Pies

We'll be selling mulled wine and mince pies and a fruit cup at the following times:

Sunday 1: 1-6pm

Thursday 4: 5-8pm

Saturday 6: 11-6pm

Sunday 7: 1-6pm

Access to All Saints'

Public Transport

The Leamington Railway Station is a 5-10 minute walk to All Saints

Buses stop right outside the church, (ask for 'Parish Church').


Blue Badge Parking

There are spaces for Blue Badge Holders to the left of the Church as you face it on Priory Terrace.


Accessibility

The church is fully acessible, although there is one small display area of about 6 trees that is not acessible to wheelchair users (2 steps).


Bicycle Racks

If you're riding your bike,  you can park it to the left of the main front door.


Parking

There is on-street parking for 20 minutes on Priory Terrace and for 2 hours on other nearby roads. Parking is free south of the river but is charged for to the north. There are small car parks at Bath Place and Packington Place.


There's a warm welcome waiting

All Saints' Church is located at the bottom of the Parade, next to the old Post Office and just over the bridge from the Royal Pump Rooms and Jephson Gardens.
